This is a ROOM FOR RENT in a 6-bedroom Victorian house (1899) in Old Colorado City on the west side of Colorado Springs. Utilities, internet, trash, etc. are included. This is a co-ed household, both male and female in the house. Very artistic, friendly and quiet household. All rooms are separately rented and lockable. Two bathrooms in house, both shared. Shared kitchen and living room. The best trails in town are within walking distance, as are all the conveniences of Old Colorado City. On a FREE bus line that goes from downtown to Manitou. The people here are awesome and we expect you to be as well. No cats or dogs. I have been doing this for 20 years and am picky in who I let in to this house. This is a drama-free zone, and not a party house. Adults only need apply. Just make an appointment with me to see the room. Begin showing June 9th. Email and text are best,
