This home is on a septic system and has a private well so there will never be a water or sewer bill. Yard care is the tenants responsibility so be sure you're comfortable weeding and mowing, or paying someone else to do it. One pet is possible on a case-by-case basis with an additional $500 pet deposit. First and last month rent, and security deposit required upfront.
