This sweet cabin offers: - One bedroom - One bathroom - Stackable washer and dryer - Dishwasher - Water, sewer, lawn care, trash removal are include in the rent - Amazing views - Screened-in front porch Tenant will be responsible for Electric and Internet. This private cabin is situated on a portion of a family farm. All of the land is shared with the cattle. There are beautiful, scenic mountain views, wildlife, a lovely stream, and lots of opportunities for sunrise and star-gazing. There is an outdoor charcoal grill. Please note: This cabin is located on a single lane gravel road. 4 wheel drive is not needed. Pets are not allowed and absolutely no smoking on the property. Due to the size of the cabin, the owners will allow up to 2 tenants. Rent- $1250 Security Deposit- $1250 $65 application fee (Credit and background screening) $150 Leasing fee due at signing If interested, please call Property Management of Asheville 828-253-2537 Please call before applying.
