I've really done my research, so even if you decide this is not the apartment for you, I can probably give you scoop on the apartment options in the Downtown Fullerton area. Some features this apartment has which I could not find in other similar apartment units on the market: 1. Assigned parking spot (yelp reviews of other similar apartments in Downtown Fullerton mention the inability to find parking in the apartments parking structure on weekends, so this might be a huge plus!) 2. Gym you will actually use 3. Location is basically in Downtown Fullerton 4. Generously sized balcony with a great view 5. Plenty of street parking and guest parking is also available. There is a large public parking garage just next door! (Last Updated: 2018-01-22)
