Because the home is family occupied, we are looking for one adult female only. We have young kids, one in daycare and one in kindergarten during the work week. When they stay at home, sounds like footsteps, playtime, and sometimes crying from toddler are part of our daily life. We're upfront about this so our guest knows what to expect. An ultra spacious 400sqf master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, private entrance, a private bathroom, a private dining area, two closets including a walking closet will make you feel comfortable and private during your extended stay. Very well equipped room with private fridge and microwave, a smart TV, private dining table, office desk and chair . Access to patio with outdoor dining table, chair, and backyard right in front of the room. Located in super quiet, nice, and friendly neighborhood. Close to big hospitals in Fullerton, Anaheim, Placentia. Close to downtown Fullerton (5 minutes), shopping and entertainment such as Disneyland/Knott's Berry Farm (15 minutes). Strong wifi access. Utilities, internet and weekly cleaning service are on the house. Light cook only at the kitchen area. Washing and dryer - once a week. Limited access to the shared living room.
