Includes, toaster, coffee maker, Fridge, oven/stove, microwave, washer/dryer, cookware, dishes, drink ware, silverware, initial linens: sheets, blankets, pillows, towels. No pets allowed, as there are some geese, ducks and chickens along with a cat and dog that inhabit the property . Explore local trails, creeks, and famous landmarks such as the Schunemunk Mountains and the Moodna Viaduct/Train trestle right down the road, or Stormking Art Center (5 minutes ), West Point (22 minutes), Woodbury Premium outlets (20 minutes), Brotherhood Winery (5minutes), and all types of dining establishments, cafes, grocery stores and retail shops within minutes. Additional attached storage area available to shelter tenant owned bikes, motorcycles, kayaks, or other items. No smoking or vaping is permitted on property or in the unit.
