Beautiful newer Brenchley Estates Home - This is a wonderful home in a great spot backing to a greenspace and close to everything Wilsonville has to offer. Built just 5 years ago and well cared for, this is located in the Brenchley Estates and includes front yard care. As you walk into the home, there is a hallway leading to the living room that looks out to the back yard. There is a gas fireplace and a wired flat screen television rack.
