Minutes to The Oakbrook shopping center where you will find Gelsons& Vons market, dry cleaning, FIVE O7 Coffee Bar, Coffee Bean, ACE, restaurants & other great services. Hiking trails are all around this community. Please note photos represent home prior to current tenant, & is in very similar current condition with the addition of the refrigerator, washer & dryer. THINGS TO KOW: Currently its 24 hours minimum notice to show, due to tenants still in place. Pets considered with an additional $30.00 per pet per month.
