Through the kitchen is the spacious living room with two sets of sliding glass doors leading to a back patio. The main floor also includes a half bathroom. Across the hall is the door to the basement, which has plenty of storage space and the washer/dryer. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. Each comes with sizable closet space and good natural lighting. The master suite includes a bathroom with standing shower and sink outside the shower/toilet room. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo is in the hallway and there is a large linen closet. One carport parking space is included in rent along with lawn care, snow removal, and water/sewer/trash/recycling. Tenants are responsible for gas/electric and internet. Up to 2 pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed.
