Cats and dogs are welcome with prior approval and will require additional monthly pet fee. No large dogs are accepted. There is also common yard space outside. There is a park nearby with a walking path. New high end drop ceiling and light fixtures throughout the apartment. Includes fridge, stove, microwave, rolling kitchen cart, and plenty of cabinet space.
