Section 8 approved, 1 BR /1 BA First Floor Apartment in an ideal location close to downtown and walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This unit is a first-floor unit and has a porch attached. There is off- street parking for 1 car and typically plenty of on-street parking in the front as well. Water, sewer, trash removal, yard maintenance, and plowing included. Other utilities to be paid by tenant. There is coin-op washer/dryer in the basement. This apartment is pet friendly. Cats and dogs are welcome with prior approval and will require additional monthly pet fee. No large dogs are accepted. There is also common yard space outside. There is a park nearby with a walking path. New high end drop ceiling and light fixtures throughout the apartment. Includes fridge, stove, microwave, rolling kitchen cart, and plenty of cabinet space. YOU WILL NEED FIRST SECURITY DEPOSIT (that is 2x one month rent) OR you can get security deposit insurance or we can work out a payment plan (credit minimum required for payment plan).
