The covered front porch offers space for seating and a small table, making it a great spot to relax outdoors. Approximately 720 square feet of living space. RENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND FEES: • Monthly Rent: $1,195.00 for a 12-month lease. • Security Deposit (SD): Generally $1,195.00; however, the SD may increase to up to double ($2,390.00). • A non-refundable $120.00 Admin Fee is required if approved and shall be included with 1st month's rent. UTILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenants are responsible for all utilities and year-round landscaping.
