Features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an open floor plan, tiled shower/tub combination, private driveway, washer and dryer are provided for tenant use, and a spacious backyard. The front porch provides room for seating and a small table, perfect for relaxing. The home offers approximately 720 square feet of living space. RENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND FEES: • Monthly Rent: $1,195.00 for a 12-month lease. • Security Deposit (SD): Generally $1,195.00; however, the SD may increase to up to double ($2,390.00). • A non-refundable $120.00 Admin Fee is required if approved and shall be included with 1st month's rent. UTILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenants are responsible for all utilities and year-round landscaping. Approved trash service, limited to what fits within the provided bins, is included in the rent and covered by the owner. APPLICATION DETAILS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • Credit score: 575 OR HIGHER (based on the credit service WE utilize for credit checks) • Minimum combined monthly income of $3,585.00 (3x the monthly rent) • Background check: Clean criminal history required • Rental History must be verified & approved as required per our screening criteria. • ALL applicants must be in good standing with current/previous landlords. No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees and must have positive rental history. • No completed evictions completed or filed against you in the last five (5) years. • Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria. • No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) • NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS. • Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
