Although you will have a month-to-month tenancy as I do, I want someone who is interested in staying put for a while (even long term). I've lived here for 12 years, it is fully furnished (except your bedroom), spacious, peaceful, affordable, and has a view of the Santa Monica Bay. $1375/mo includes all utilities (electricity and high-speed internet). What you get: Private 12 X 12 unfurnished bedroom with a huge deep closet that spans the full length of the wall Private bathroom (not attached to the bedroom) Your own reserved, secured, garaged parking space On-site laundry very close to unit (pay by phone app) Full use of all common areas - I rarely use the living room or dining room. Amenities include pool, BBQ area, fitness center and dry sauna. About me: I am a 58 yr old working professional. I'm laid back, like to cook on occasion, and am happy keeping to myself if that's what you prefer. I don't like drama, gossip, or negative thinkers/talkers. Let's just be happy and get along in the world :) I love animals but no pets please. I smoke on the balcony sometimes but the apartment is clean and smoke free. See pics and e-mail if interested.
