Welcome to 2812 Vermont St Lansing MI 48906!! This is a true "Tiny Home" in a quiet neighborhood on the beautiful Grand River. 1 Bed/1 Bath house with porch and shed. The living room has beautiful wood work, brand new vinyl plank flooring, and a large closet. The bedroom is very small! Some previous tenants chose to use it as a walk in closet or office, while using the main living room as the bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are both in the finished basement area. Across the street is a beautiful plot of land on the Grand River with a fire pit. This is a shared between all 3 houses we manage on this corner. Great spot to launch a kayak! Our Security Deposit is between 1x-1.5x times the monthly rent, based on application.
