This conveniently located spacious 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom home comes with a large backyard great for entertaining and an oversized garage with an abundance of storage. Close to schools and shopping within walking distance to downtown Mill St. and Stephenson Park and a quick drive to Durango. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Includes wood stove, washer/dryer and small dishwasher. Dogs are allowed with a $200 pet deposit (2 dogs max). The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
