Property Id: 2328273 This listing is for a queen room with shared bath in my home for FOR ONE PERSON. I Looking for quiet mid to long term tenant with solid employment. Near EB and Pfizer, Navy Sub base, Coast Guard, L&M Hospital and Connecticut College. Includes utilities and washer/dryer use. Nice neighborhood, off street parking. Large screened in porch. Private yard. I have a dog and two cats so if allergic, this may not be a good rental for you. I check employment and if not a contractor with a major company, prior rental landlord referrance. Require nonrefundable deposit ( subtract from last month’s rent) prorated current month and first fiull month’s rent.
