Property Id: 2328273 This is NOT an apartment. This listing is for a queen bedroom FOR ONE PERSON with shared bath in my home. Looking for quiet mid to long term tenant with solid employment. Near EB and Pfizer, Navy Sub base, Coast Guard, L&M Hospital and Connecticut College. Includes utilities and washer/dryer use. Nice neighborhood, off street parking. I have a dog and two cats so if allergic don’t rent. I check employment and if not a contractor with a major company, prior rental landlord referrance. Require nonrefundable deposit ( subtract from last month’s rent) prorated current month and first fiull month’s rent.
