One bedroom has carpeting and one has vinyl plank. There are 2 sizable bedrooms with ample storage and an updated full bathroom. Other features include central AC, dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer. There is an attached garage parking space in the shared garage (door located off of the entry. One parking space in front of the garage is included as well. Exterior spaces include an exterior upper floor porch and shared common spaces in the complex. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and internet. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is included in rent. Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent, but tenants are responsible for maintaining the landscaping within 2 feet from the porch. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Up to 2 pets total are allowed, either 1 cat and/or 1 dog, or 2 cats (2 dogs are not allowed). Fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
