The home is located on a huge lot, and the owner is taking care of the lawn care and snow removal above 2 inches. Current photos and video walkthrough are located on the Guardian Property Management website. The upper level of this home has a large living room connected to the dining and kitchen. Through the kitchen window and patio doors you have great view of the large back yard and deck area. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level. Downstairs you will find a large family room with walk out patio. There is a 4th bedroom and a dedicated office looking over the back yard. Down the hall you have laundry room and 3/4 bath. Garage is connected through the basement and a full two cars. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Owner will take care of all lawn care and any snow removal more than 2 inches. Shed does not come with the house rental. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online.
