This home is currently occupied and we will be showing with approved applications only. Current, photos, video, and application are located on the Guardian Property Management website. Walking into this home on the main level you will find a large living room with dedicated dining space and walkout. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as access to the patio and garage. Upstairs you will find a bright hall with skylights, full bath, and 3 bedrooms. Downstairs has a bedroom, 3/4 bath, family room and laundry. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow removal. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
