Walking in the front door you will find the living room with hardwood floors, the kitchen has been renovated and has built in seating. Two bedrooms and a full bath are available on the main level. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with 3/4 bath. Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom with 3/4 bath. The basement also has a storage room with washer/dryer. 1 Car garage, Fenced yard. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, lawn/snow, and renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click “apply now” on the listed unit. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
