Dining room opens onto a balcony overlooking the woodsy back yard. Down the hall are all 3 bedrooms (including primary with double closets and 3/4 bathroom), 2 closets, and the main bathroom. Down the stairs is a finished basement with big windows and a walkout patio door in the back. Laundry and storage room is in the basement as well, along with access to the attached 2-car garage. Tenant is responsible for gas, water, and electric. Rent is $1800/mo, and security deposit is $1800. NO pet cats, dogs, rabbits, or ferrets. 12-month lease required. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check references, background, and credit.
