This modern two bedroom apartment is minutes from Downtown yet set in a leafy neighborhood with a community feel. Set within a large house, the downstairs apartment features a large LR/DR/Kitchen with plenty of storage and counter top space. The two good sized bedrooms have lots of windows for plenty of natural light and good sized closets. The bathroom features a double vanity and shower/tub combo. Outside is equally nice! There is a lovely enclosed patio just off the LR which leads to an outdoor patio perfect for a grilling out. Both are ideal for plants, seating areas and private enough to feel secluded and cozy. The beautiful shared backyard is full of established plants, trees and bushes and is taken care of so you can enjoy and not worry about lawn care.
