Be the first to call this beautiful brand-new one-bedroom, one-bath home yours! Located upcountry in beautiful Hailiʻimaile within the new Hokuʻula subdivision, this newly constructed home has never been lived in and offers modern comfort, quality finishes, and scenic mountain and ocean views. The bright, modern interior features durable LVP flooring, stone countertops, brand-new premium appliances, and a beautifully finished bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. An all-in-one washer/dryer is also provided for added convenience. The home is currently mostly furnished, as shown in the photos, but offers flexible options to suit your needs. It can be rented completely unfurnished, or additional furnishings may be provided for the right tenant upon request. A dedicated parking space for one vehicle is included. Please note that the property accommodates one vehicle only, as overnight street parking is not permitted. Utilities include water/sewer (up to $200 per month with the tenant being responsible for any overages), internet as the owner provides, yard service, pest control by Eco Sheild as the owner provides and standard trash service. Tenant responsible for all other utilities (electric) and maintaining renters insurance. A small pet dog or cat may be considered - $100 more per month for a pet dog or $50 more per month for a pet cat. Owners prefer a 6 month rental term to start to make sure tenants are a great fit. Hokuʻula offers a peaceful Upcountry setting with a spacious community park and beautiful views overlooking Central Maui and Maui’s Northshore. Conveniently located near Kahului Airport, shopping, award winning restaurants, and many of Maui’s favorite destinations. Hokuʻula provides a quiet, centrally located relaxed setting with cooler temperatures, while still offering easy access to all the rest.
