However, we are willing to take our fully furnished newly renovated home off the market for a short or long term lease. Our Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. We have a very open living space and have added an addition for even more living space. Grace Cottage is uniquely located just a block off Main Street and right across from the Middle school. We are centrally located to everything in town, Ace/Grocery/dining/parks/pubs/banks all just a short walking distance. We are also a block from the newly built library, police department and city of Powell building. Homesteader park and the Aquatic Center is a short walking distance. We also accept your fury family members and have a very lg enclosed area in the backyard for them. Also, enjoy evenings on our backyard deck with fireplace and a Treager for BBQ's with family.
