You can enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather on the spacious screened in porch or the quaint front porch. A 2 car garage and ample storage space throughout the home allow a space for everything. Minimum of 1 year lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Trash and recycling pick up is provided by the city. 1 Year lease. Tenant pays all utilities and maintains yard. Trash and recycling pick up weekly from the town. These additional charges may apply: 1) Leasing Fee: 125.00 one time (Due with Security Deposit at Lease Signing) 2) Application Fee: 65.00 one time (Any occupant over the age of 18 must submit an application)
