The townhouse is close to the beach, shopping, and public golf course. The unit is equipped with washer and dryer, spacious master suite, with its own bathroom, outdoor BBQ grill, and back patio. Lovely coconut tree lined swimming pool and boat docks to enjoy the sunset and local happy hour with neighbors. The community is located on a canal close to the Hillsboro inlet with no fixed bridges, boat dockage available for rent separately (not part of this rental). You must have a good credit score, no criminal history, and board approval to rent. Rent includes water, excludes electricity and internet. First, last and- security deposit required, along with online application fee, credit and history check to move in. Homeowners Association (HOA) application is $150- you will be required to complete the application and meet with an HOA representative in person before moving in.
