An open dining and kitchen area that features a second breakfast room for informal meals ensures ample seating for friends and family to gather. The well-equipped kitchen offers you a double stacked oven and a reverse osmosis water filtration for the purest water possible. Along with this are two refrigerators, a wet bar in the dining room, and a half bathroom for your guest’s convenience. The spacious deck off the living room has beautiful ocean views along with a covered area and what a great spot to take that afternoon nap in the shade. The middle level of the home is the sleeping quarters. The spacious primary oceanfront suite has a large king size bed, sitting area that converts to a queen sleeper sofa, and on suite bathroom that offers a soaker tub a zero-entry shower with grab bars.
