This unit is available for in person showings. Walking into the main level you will find a living room and dining area with hardwood floors. The kitchen is in the back of the home overlooking the fenced backyard. Down the hall of the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Downstairs is finished and has an office, 3/4 bath, very large living room, and laundry area. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities as well as snow removal and lawn care. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
