47Fisher is a 3-story apartment community offering both 1 and 2 bedroom spacious floorplans. We are located in the Rosedale neighborhood, just off of 47th street. There are numerous restaurants, shops, a grocery store and more within walking distance. The surrounding residential neighborhood is full of mature trees and shaded sidewalks great for a jog or walking your furry friend. In excellent condition, our community features: ample gated private parking for residents, a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units with private patios/balconies, and a mix of in-unit and shared laundry. 47Fisher is a great place to call home within close proximity to surrounding neighborhood amenities.

The best part about this apartment building is the location. I love being so close to the plaza, Westport, several grocery stores and walking distance to restaurants like Lulu’s and Blue Sake. I’ve never once felt unsafe in this building and the gated parking is a big perk. The only downside really is the shared laundry. If I wasn’t moving out of state for a job I would’ve definitely wanted to live in this building longer!
