The hall bathroom includes a shower/bathtub combo. Central heat and air conditioning (electric heat pump). Tenant responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water/sewer, and propane (for the fireplace, only.) French Broad fiber for internet/phone service is available. Weekly trash collection is provided by the Town of Mars Hill. No smoking. No co-signers. No pets permitted.
