Quaint home with bonus rooms for rent on a shared property with another house (Landlord lives in adjacent house). Renovated home with many perks. Hardwood floors, new refrigerator, granite countertops, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 3 floors plus cellar. Some furniture and/or decorations will remain. Central heat and air conditioning, central vacuum, big deck with use of existing grill included. Newly painted house inside and out. Manicured grounds, a must see. FYI - the yard for this house is tiny, and not ideal if you're looking to have a big yard for kids to play in. Landlord covers water and sewer only. Oil heat, electric and wifi/cable must be covered by the tenant. First month ($3175) and Security Deposit ($3175) due upon move in. Credit check, background check, financial statements and proof of employment will be required for each adult. Available starting October 2025.
