OR you could live in a dreamy lil cabin nestled in the foothills! Prime location in Evergreen, Colorado near Bergen Park. This cabin was erected in the 1930s with the Works Progress Administration, for workers building the pass to Mount Blue Sky, just up the hill. Original log cabins are scattered throughout the neighborhood, this one tucked into an Aspen grove giving it a serene, private feeling without being isolated. 10-15 mins to different grocery stores, various restaurants and bars in Bergen Park. 20 mins to Red Rocks. Half hour to central Denver. Usually 45 mins to an hour to DIA in rush hour traffic. My name is Laura, I own the cabin. I’ve been lucky to have wonderful, friendly relationships with all of my renters in the past, and hope that continues. I’m currently based in California but grew up in Evergreen and Denver. I have family friends in the neighborhood, who can sometimes help with things like snow clearing after a big storm. - 2 beds, 1 bath - Original fireplace - Recently renovated bathroom - Full kitchen with pantry storage - Back deck - New, in-unit washer and dryer - New fridge - Full bathroom with shower and tub - Living room and dining area - Sunny front room (formerly a porch, now enclosed) - Queen size bed in main bedroom - Large closet in main bedroom - Detached, small cabin a few steps across the yard from the main cabin with second queen size bed, desk, closet, and dedicated heater - Fully furnished, but let’s talk if you want to bring your own stuff in as I can be flexible - I posted for a year lease, but there's plenty of flexibility there too - $2500/month Please don’t hesitate with questions or to chat.
