'm a 62 year old disabled veteran. I have a unique share opportunity for the right person. I live most of the time on the water on my boat on the Chesapeake Bay and would like to share my one bedroom apartment/house with somebody. The apartment/ house is located in Everett, Pa. not far from the Md. Line on Rt 70 . Everett is a sleepy little town that still hold parades through Main St.. And has two traffic lights. People actually stop for you no matter where you cross the streeet and everybody waves at each other when you pass in your cars. It is 45 min. from Cumberland and an hour from Frederick, Md.. The unit has a living room which can double as a bedroom, bath and shower, full kitchen and bedroom. I would sleep on the couch or fold out bed in the living room when I'm there. You pay all utilities except when I'm there for two weeks or more, then I'll s[plit them with you. House also has backyard riverfront access, back deck, and large covered porch with stream running underneath it. Fishing and crabbing trips on chesapeake Bay, Md could be worked in for right person. Or you could alternate with me living on the boat and in the apratment. Actually the boat sleeps 8 people. My plan is to make the house a shared 3or 4 bedroom house with two kitchens and shared family room. What I don't want; drugs, drunks, or frequent guests. Ideal for a retired person on SS or pension. I will require references and auto bank payment of rent. I'd prefer a female but all considered.
