Pier View Beach Retreat: This charming 2 bedroom/1bath Beach Cottage is located in a QUITE Pismo Beach neighborhood. This classic beach apartment complex is right on the beach! It is close enough to walk and enjoy the fun and north of the Pier so you can escape the crowds. The beach vibe starts when you enter the living room. The Newly renovated Beach Cottage has all new amenities while keeping the classic beach cottage charm. The back deck has a Hot Tub with an Ocean VIEW!!! A better view cannot be found for such an affordable price. This unit is month-to-month and utilities are included (there is a posted utility allowance). Should renter exceed usable allowance, renter is responsible for difference. Owner will consider 1 cat. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking. Street parking.
