Gorgeous Victorian duplex in Golden Hill that backs up to Balboa Park. You are just minutes to downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter. Golden Hill offers unique restaurants, taverns, and more! Our upcoming unit is a beautiful Victorian in the Historic District. The vintage wrought-iron fence encloses a large yard with trees and lots of shared space for outdoor enjoyment! As you enter, the unit opens to a spacious front parlor with large windows framed in original wood trim. The unit features vaulted ceilings, original hardwood flooring throughout, large windows that bring it lots of natural light. The front parlor continues into a separate dining room featuring a decorative fireplace, built in cabinetry and large windows. The unit oozes with charm and vintage style. You continue down the hall to the bedrooms and kitchen and a bonus utility storage area before you head out the rear door to the back porch. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and fridge. Just off the back porch is a separate utility room with washer/dryer hookups. The garage is located behind the property, just off the alley. Our unit will be undergoing some renovations and a full paint, we anticipate it will be ready for move-in by early to mid November. **pictures included here are prior to current renovations.
