You won't find another home in the Minneapolis chain of lakes that you can lease or rent-to-own that has direct access to water. It also includes an exclusive beach with a canoe you can use to navigate Cedar Lake, Brownie Lake, Lake of the Isles, & Lake Calhoun which are all interconnected. There are also 20+ miles of trails for hiking, running, biking and rollerblading that go in every direction. You can also enjoy skating, hockey and cross country skiing. It only takes five minutes to drive to downtown Minneapolis if you would rather go to a sports event, orchestra, theater, or museum.
