No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees and must have positive rental history. • No completed evictions completed or filed against you in the last five (5) years. • Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria. • No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) • NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS. • Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. This includes: water (Columbia County Utilities), electric (GA Power), and gas for the HVAC (whichever company you prefer that services the area). • The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person. • Each person 18 or older interested in living in the rental must submit a separate application with separate contact information (email/phone number) • ALL animals and pets are required to be listed on your original application.
