Please note: Bathroom and room for rent are on separate levels. About me: I'm an easygoing, fully vaccinated mature professional working largely from home. Love the outdoors and not around much weekends and evenings. I have a mellow, 7-year-old dog, but because I am renting the unit, prefer no other pets in the home. Happy to share occasional meals and conversation if you like, but will always respect your privacy first. If you're looking for peace and comfort on the home front, this is your place. Prefer 12-month lease, but would do a month-to-month or 3-month lease at a rate of $950. Background check and minimum 700 credit score required.
