I am a 36 year old single mother of 1 child, 5 years old, seeking a respectful long term roommate. 20 minutes outside of downtown Nashville, the property is 3 bedroom 1.5 bath , corner lot on 1 acre of land. Open kitchen and living room space, fenced in backyard, gravel driveway and a large shed for storage if needed. There are 1-2 available rooms for rent if you need more than 1 room or have a child of your own. Kid friendly environment. I do have 1 small dog and 1 outside cat. I work a lot and spend most of my time in my room when home. I rarely have company and am very easy to get along with. Utilities not included in the $700 pm rental price.
