Property Id: 1911258 This is a very nice house in the Barkley neighborhood. I am the owner and I'll answer the phone myself. The house is accessed from the alley, so it is more private and quiet than a house on the street. It has a small fenced yard with a lockable gate if you like security. The porch is about 500 square feet and half covered and half open to the sky. The view is large with lots of sky and the hills from the college to Mount Baker. Inside, the house is warm and cozy. It is heated with forced air gas and is surprisingly cheap to heat due to lots of insulation. The air temperature inside in the winter stays surprisingly even and warm, no drafts. It is also cool in the summer for the same reason. The front bedroom is quite large and has a sliding door to the covered part of the deck. The other two bedrooms are ample sized and one of them has its own bathroom. The living room is huge and there is a dining nook for your dining pleasure. The kitchen is large with lots of cabinets and a 5 burner stove and big fridge, dishwasher etc. There is a storage shed in the back for stuff. It's a great place!
