Western Washington University is a beautiful 7 minute walk away. This unit is located on the second floor and there is no elevator for this building. All of our units feature private decks/patios and are walking distance to restaurants, grocery, clothing, pharmacies, and many other stores. We have an off-street parking lot which is permit parking only, but we are also very close to several major bus routes. Rent includes one parking permit at no additional cost. Sorry - no additional parking spaces are available to rent at this time. This apartment does not have a washer & dryer in-unit but is conveniently located near to the tenants-only laundry room which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tenants are responsible for paying for water, sewer, garbage, and electricity. Garbage pickup is charged at a flat rate of $25, separate from rent, and water & sewer is billed separately as each unit is individually metered for water use. Electricity is provided through Puget Sound Energy. Tenants are responsible for putting the electricity into their name, but the property management company will put the water & sewer bill into the names of the tenants.
