I had the opportunity to work with Ms. Monica during my move into Meridian Pointe. Ms. Monica was very kind and knowledgeable. It was overwhelming for me since we were moving from a different state. Monica helped solve all the issues, even the ones not related to the apartment. She is the most kindest/ nicest person I have ever met! She is very professional. She goes above and beyond. I am truly grateful for her and her help! Hoping to stay in this apartment longer because of her. Awesome experience!

There was a fire a couple months back that left my apartment uninhabitable due to water damage from the sprinklers. Extra shout out to the manager Monica, who has been amazing through it all. She has helped to make sure I was accommodated with all the needs of a tenant through the whole ordeal. I’ve lived at Meridian Pointe for 6 years now and have overall had a good experience. I feel safe and comfortable here.
