Just wow! Beautifully kept buildings and grounds. All 1 or 2 bedroom units with covered parking spaces. So many amenities. Very reasonable rent. Quiet environment. Loved watching the deer and turkeys wander the grounds.

I don't get all these negative reviews. This place is awesome! I've now lived here for 7 years. In that time I've gotten married, and have a young son, and at no time have we received backlash for having a child, as some of these reviewers would have you believe is commonplace. My advice if you do have a young energetic child is get a first floor unit. Noise problem solved! Also, my experience with management has been nothing but wonderful. Any issues we've had (and I can really only think of 1 or 2 in 7 years) have been solved quickly and effectively. This place has free basic cable, 2 pools, a gym, sauna, spa and a well maintained club house, and you just can't beat the rent! There's a reason this place has a waiting list. Once people move in here, they never want to move out and I don't blame them!
