These newly renovated units on Russell Avenue puts you within minutes of Parliament Hill, the central business district, the University of Ottawa and so much more! In-building facilities include: • 24 hours surveillance cameras; • 5 parking spots; • Paid laundry on site; • brand new units with environmentally friend heat pumps; • Modern kitchens and bathrooms; • Lots of bike parking The apartment boasts new floors, new appliances and the building also comes with in building laundry. The building has a non-smoking policy that is strictly enforced, and no pets are allowed within any of the units. All tenants will go through standard screening and reference checks. Last month’s rent deposit is required at the time of the lease signing. The unit is vacant as of May 1st, 2026 and will rent for is $3,250 plus utilities.
