The mud room contains a separate entrance that opens into the kitchen. The dining room adjoins the kitchen and is near the downstairs bedroom, which has a private bathroom. There are lots of closets, some are walk-in, throughout the house for storage space. Carpet throughout, except in the kitchen, and a lovely claw foot tub in the upstairs bathroom. Washer dryer hookups. Only one pet (under 25 lbs.) considered with $50/mo pet fee and $500 pet deposit. Walking distance to downtown. Shared driveway.
