Unit comes with a glass-ceramic burner cook top. It is a secured building which you access with a fob key. There are security cameras thru-out. Laundry in the building. Rent includes Electric, water, sewer & trash. There is parking in the building however none available at this time, name must be added to wait list. Only option for parking is street parking at this time. We are asking all applicants to go to our website at www. ingasrealtyinc and fill out an application. There is no fee. Once your application has been reviewed and you have been pre-approved we will contact you to schedule a showing.
