There is a gas range/oven and even LAUNDRY IN THE APARTMENT. The pantry is good sized and there is plenty of space for carts or additional furniture. (See picture 1.) Parking There is plenty of street parking with additional spaces behind the building. The building is on a main road and a bus stop is within a tenth of a mile. The bus runs to Willowbrook mall where it's just a short trip into NYC on the weekends. Utilites All utilities are included and we even have wifi and cable with HBO on-demand. You just add any pay-per-view purchases to the next month's utilities' payment. The Roommies The current tenants are 3 working professionals in our early to mid 20s. We generally keep to ourselves. All of the bedrooms are all separated if you are looking for peace and quiet.. We are seeking another easy-going female roommate who wants to make this their home too.
