About 248 Grandview Dr
This 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house has gas & wood burning fireplaces, a dinning room and sunroom (with wall heat & a/c unit), gas heat, a/c, with hardwoods, and washer/dryer connections, a 2 car garage and an unfinished basement. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave are included in the monthly rent. Call our office if you are interested at 336-722-1137! You may come to our office between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to check out a key. We require a refundable $10.00 deposit per key, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. You will have 24 hours to return keys checked out Monday-Thursday, any keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 p.m. and be returned by 5 p.m. on the same day. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime non-refundable pet fee, dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
