The Windsor West Side highlights an extraordinary 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, fitness center, lake & pier, pool, waterslide, lazy river, water playground, sand volleyball, multi-sports field, tennis courts, and play zone!! There is also a site store, game room, restaurant, bar, and relaxing lounge area with an indoor/outdoor fireplace. Recommended for November through March. If pool heat is not ordered one week prior to check-in there will be an additional $35 trip fee. Please note, that the weather may affect the temperature of the pool. When the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees, the pool heater automatically shuts off and will automatically turn back on when the weather warms up to at least 65 degrees. Due to these unforeseen circumstances caused by the weather, Month2month is unable to refund the payment. Per HOA, all trash must be properly bagged in a 13-gallon trash bag to ensure pick up. Loose trash, anything in a to-go bag, or oversized and ripped trash bags are considered a violation, and will be picked up but charged a fine and a fee for the service. Outdoor Living - The stunning Lanai glass-covered private pool, with plenty of space for all the family to relax in the beautiful Florida sun. Note that the pool is not normally heated but is available for an additional cost of $35 per day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and in advance to ensure the pool is heated to the set temperature upon your arrival.
