Plenty of restaurants and commerce along Lomita and Crenshaw, including Home Depot, Aldi, Vons, In and Out, McDonalds, Home Goods. Target and other well known restaurants including the famouse Pan line both sides of nearby Pacific Coast Highway. There is a Roman Catholic church St Margaret Mary Catholic Church (2 min car ride away). A lovely children's park (Sur La Brea Park) is a 3 min car ride away. There is an attached single car garage for the tenants use and plenty of off street parking available on the property. Tenant is reponsible for all utilities. Landlord pays for trash disposal. Tenant must bring all appliances. There is an existing washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator that the tenant can rent for an additional $150 a month.
