This property offers level access and usable yard space for outdoor enjoyment. Jointly leased, there is typically a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. This property is pet-friendly with a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Small dog and/or cat allowed.
